Upcoming Milestones:
- Pre-Bid Mandatory Job-Walk Conference: January 30, 2026 and February 6, 2026.
- Request for Information (RFI): February 9, 2026, by 2pm via Planet Bids.
- Contractor Bids Due: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 by 2pm via Planet Bids.
- Contractor Bid Award: Thursday, March 12, 2026.
Project Description
Lighting Inverters Replacement:
- Inverters identified in 9 building structures are slated to be replaced like-in-kind.
- The contractor shall remove existing inverters as part of their scope of work, including associated batteries.
- The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to remove and replace nine (9) lighting control inverters at the following buildings: J, P-1, K-2, G-4, H, N, S-6, G-3, and C-2.
