Project Description
Pool Preparation and Plastering:
- Prepare and re-plaster the Competition and Recreation Pools.
- Coordinate with the City of San Diego on durable plaster specifications.
- Complete necessary crack repairs
Competition Pool Improvements
- Replace broken ladder step inserts.
- Install eight stainless steel eyelets for water polo equipment.
Gutter and Drainage Assessment
- Assess gutter and drainage needs.
- Recommend solutions, such as:
- Reworking gutters for flush deck grates.
- Sealing exposed concrete.
- Repairing perimeter slot drains.
Pool Deck Improvements:
- Remove existing Mystic coating.
- Apply durable chemical-resistant coating.
- Ensure slot drains remain functional.
- Verify ADA-compliant slopes.
Tile Work:
- Repair or replace coping, deck, or pool-bottom tiles as needed.
- Full tile replacement only if justified.
