Contractor & Subcontractor Outreach Event - Upcoming Capital Renovation Opportunties

The San Diego Community College District invites contractors and subcontractors to join us for an informational outreach and networking event focused on near-term capital renovation projects planned across district campuses in the coming months. A light breakfast will be provided.

What to Expect

This session is designed to share what work is coming, how it will be delivered, and how firms can prepare to compete as projects move forward. District staff will also outline procurement processes and prequalification requirements, and explain which projects will be subject to the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA), applicable to contracts valued at $1 million and above.
